Two New Flavones from Inula grantioides

چکیده
Inula grantioides (Boiss.) syn. /. cutchica Clarke is found in South West Pakistan, Karachi (Sindh), Kutch, Indus delta and Baluchistan. The plant is recommended for the treatment of asthma. This plant has not been subjected to chemical investiga tion so far. In the present paper we wish to report the isolation of two new flavones, grantionin 1 and grantioidinin 2 along with pluchidione 3, a known sesquiterpene.
